New Employer Paying 50% of Premiums

I’m not sure how much my monthly cost of insurance will be. (Medical, Vision, Dental). I just got hired at a small firm and the benefits says they will pay 50% of the healthcare premiums. Is there a resource to estimate how much that will be?
