I was in a accident 100% not at fault. I had a carseat and a stroller in the vehicle. By law any accident even minor the seat has to be replaced. They agreed to replace the seat and asked me to buy a new one and send the invoice which i did. But now the adjuster is claiming i sent her a invoice i never sent, which is a lot less in value. She is blatantly lying to me in the email basically not wanting to pay the invoice i sent them and probably got a fake invoice on google and claims that i sent that invoice to her. What can i do about this?

    1. This seems open and shut but probably a mistake. Contact the claims supervisor or manager and have them review the email. They can see exactly what was sent. Send her a new invoice and advise that this is invoice for this claim

Did he just find a more accurate or current price? And what state are you in? GA doesn’t require replacement for minor accidents, especially if they are not occupied.

Either way, I think all adjuster have better things to do than fight with you about $100 for a car seat discrepancy.
