Platforms for Strategy & Backtesting – Iron Condors & OCO

Does anybody have suggestions on the best platform to develop a formal trading strategy & conduct backtesting? I've seen many for Stocks, but not for options.

Without getting into major specifics, the basic components this platform would need to handle is:

• Daily at 3:55pm sales of OTM Call Vertical Spread for next day 0DTE
• Daily at market open: Iron Condor for current day 0DTE based on strike values at specific %'s away from prior day close (ie buy OTM call at 1.8% above yesterday's close, sell OTM call at 1.5% above yesterday's close).

Both would require OCO order, closing either if hits at 80% gain or 50% loss. Also would require closing of order by market close to avoid pin risk.

I shared this with my investment group, who have helped me develop so far. It's now time to add formalities, organize so easy to understand, and backtest. Any advice on successful platforms or approaches would be greatly appreciated.
