Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant to CEO

Hey, my name is Amit, and I run a profitable software startup. There's a huge military presence in Hawaii, and I know many military spouses might be looking for work. I'm currently hiring an executive assistant in the Honolulu area–here's the tl;dr:

I'm looking for someone to be my right-hand and help with all aspects of my work and personal life. You'll work side-by-side with me (co-founder) and touch all aspects of growing a profitable AI company.

In-person in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is not a remote position.

This is a true get-your-hands-dirty kind of role. You'll be embedded in my daily life, be a part of conversations at every level, and have an opportunity to partner with me on projects and decisions that stretch your capabilities. You'll make meaningful contributions, but there'll be plenty of unglamorous work, too. There will be errands, tedious tasks, and repetitive stuff. If you don't enjoy doing email or playing calendar Tetris or following up with people or running errands or getting all the minute details just right, you probably shouldn't apply! It's important to me that whoever I'm working with find joy in their work.

This is great for someone who's getting started (or changing directions) and wants to see how startups work, or someone who loves helping and accelerating others and wants to make a career out of it.
