TMO completed my PPM paperwork I submitted to them and directed me to now send it to my local finance which I did on July 10th via email ([502CPTS.FMF.JBSAMILPAY@us.af.mil](mailto:502CPTS.FMF.JBSAMILPAY@us.af.mil)). TMO said:

    "Please keep in mind that it is Summer peak season and response time may be longer than normal. I would give them at least 5-10 business days to respond. You will now need to email your completed packet to the finance section. Once finance has received your packet, and deems that it meets their finance standards, as well as the paying offices standards, they will send you an email with a tracking ID number to follow the submission process and communicate with you. Finance will be scanning your packet to the paying office so the paying office can do their validation to reimburse you."

    It has been over 44 business days and I have not received any reply or confirmation they received it let alone a tracking ID. I live in another state now and they have no phone number. Is there anything I can do to see what the hell is going on? We're talking about $15k I paid out of pocket for my move so not exactly chump change I'm waiting on…
