Toho made Godzilla Minus One for $13m and it won the best visual effects Oscar. It’s a hugely entertaining film. Hollywood would have spent 10 times that. I had more fun watching Fall, which cost about $3m than most $100m+ Hollywood movies I’ve recently seen.
