The title might sound stupid. I’m 26 based in the uk and have a ton of motivation. The problem is I don’t have a problem to solve. Would love to work for someone in my spare time after work or weekends. Might sound crazy but I’m willing to work for free. I was reading a book from napoleon hill and he talks about the mastermind. I really haven’t met anyone who is doing something in my life just yet. What I really want to meet is those kind of people. If anyone requires any help or even know where I find people who need help let me know. If you’re a start up who needs admin let me know. My field is finance so i can help in that aspect.

Doesnt sound stupid bud. Sounds like exactly what you need. You should read “Mastery” by Robert Greene.
At the moment you wouldn’t work for free, because it takes time to train you and coach you.
So what kind of skillset do you have to offer? What kind of things make you light up and you don’t need external factors to motivate you to do it?
What have you experience in?
When you say finance, what specifically is it? Investment management? Banking? Corporation CTO or controller?
