Hello, my dad had an accident with my car while he was running errands for me. While he was driving, he was hit on a 4-way street from the passenger side rear wheel. There were police already at the scene of accident and already talked to my dad and the other party. My dad knows 0 English so cops wrote their statements from what the other party said which was my dad passed the red light and the other party passed the green light and hit my dad's car on the side.

From the statements my insurance got from both party and the accident photos, they found us 0 at fault and other party 100 at fault. My insurance confirmed police report was not written right. Good news.

So now, I got a phone call from my insurance, and I was told the other party got a lawyer and they will demand hospital bills from my insurance because of what the police report says. FYI, in the police report it says the other party had no injuries. My insurance said, other party's lawyer try to overrule the liability on my case and they might have to pay them to keep the case closed.

I talked to my PI lawyers, however they won't take my case. This happened on a side street where the speed limit was 35mph. However, with the impact of this accident my dad's car spinned twice on the road. I feel like they are just trying to get free money from the insurance with their lies.

I was at the accident scene the next day of the accident and talked to every single shop that sees the 4-way road and asked if anybody seen the accident. Unfortunately, there are no cameras or witnesses to back us up.

Can somebody give us any insight of what can happen with the other party's lawyer involved with this case, can they overturn the at fault percentages to us or can they sue us to get money from us? What should I do, should I find a lawyer also and if yes, which lawyer can help us with this scenario.

Thank you everyone in advance for your help!
