Hey all! I just wanted to reach out and gain an understanding on how I go about starting an idea.. I have done entrepreneurial classes in college in terms of making survey questions, making customer personas, and creating MVPs, but I never really followed through in doing anything outside of college. After I graduated, I started work with a big 4 firm as an accountant and felt burnt out. I still feel burnt out even switching out to a new job 2 years later.. I want to go back and provide something to the world rather than feel stuck on wheel for Corporate America. How did you all start?

What I can tell you about my experience, after earning a few thousand euros (I haven’t been running my SaaS for long) is this:
Launch quickly. Don’t overthink it. The best way to test if a business is going to work is to launch it and see. That way, you don’t waste time and you learn a lot very quick.
A lot of people spend months or even years creating something, only to realize a month after launching that it doesn’t solve any real problem and is a failure.
What sort of business do you want to start? I basically just went out and started working. I started running ads and put up signs and got to work.
I was stuck in the “I want to do something” for 16 years until I came up with something that I went all in for.
My advice is to examine you passions and strengths first. If you see an market fit for you then you may have something you can start on the side.
If not, then look at your industry and see if their is a need not being met. You will then have the insider understanding of what their needs are and how you can provide the solution.
What I’ve learned is that you gotta learn something from the failures. Take my business for example i have a team of video editors, website builders, copywriters, and graphic designers in one team. And what i have learned is that in the beginning it isn’t going to be easy but stick with it and it will come through. If you need help with starting a business i can build all the online needs
