    1. Started sellin’ stuff online, mostly food and other home stuff. It took time, but I just kept goin’ bit by bit and now it helps cover some bills. Balancin’ work n’ family is tough, but it’s doable 😊

    2. Going to garage sales on a Saturday morning and reselling online. Visiting a thrift store during any breaks and finding items to flip. Just this week I’ve picked up a $1 DVD that sold for $40, found a lot of 20 action figures from the 80’s that is listed for over $1,000, and bought a $9 Paddington Bear plush from 1975 that sells for over $100 that has 300 clicks and 29 saves in less than 48 hours on Marketplace. You just gotta know what to buy[, I write about what I buy every single week.](https://flipweekly.com/)

Training and workshops. Learn to facilitate a workshop (in/around your existing expertise) and charge $1000/pop for them

My current rate is £1500/hour. Highest has been $4000/hour

Very high leveraged skill in terms of time/money. Check out Rob Fitzpatrick’s book on giving workshops for the how. Doesn’t cover the biz side of it but that’s dependent on your area of expertise honestly

    5. People don’t make this much with their main hustle. If a side hustle can net this, people would do it full time.

Create passive income websites, run them a couple of years, sell them for 6 figures, repeat. I do nothing, but it is tough sometimes, I get bored doing nothing. It’s nice not working 9-5 tho
