Currently being paid incorrect time of service and have been for 4 months now after switching officer. The finance office says to wait till next station to fix. Advice?

Details would help
Finance can only pay you based on what HR has documented in paperwork. First stop is always to get your HR data fixed, then finance can fix it. I highly doubt finance is just blowing you off.
