So I had my car broken into in the ‘secure’ underground parking garage at my apartment complex. I’m not sure what to do. The replacement cost is less than my insurance deductible but I don’t really have the money to pay for it right now. Is there someway I can get my insurance to cover it? Or maybe get my apartment complex to cover it or give me a credit on my rent, since it is their lack of security that allowed this to happen? Any help is appreciated. If it helps I have Progressive and I am located in Utah.
