Remember how trump said he could and did 'wave a wand' and declassified top-secret documents and that made it ok for him to retain and disseminate classified information. Well just because trump 'said this' doesn't mean he shouldn't be charged with treason! When he's convicted of these crimes I'm still going to call him a traitorous felon!
It feels important to note, given Trump's insane rhetoric about Kamala letting criminals into America, that when Vance says "parole" in the clip that starts at 12:00, he's not talking about parole in the sense of "they've been convicted of a crime, they're on parole".
Parole is also a term used to describe the process of family members of legal immigrants and US citizens to stay in the US while they apply for permanant residence or the same immigration status as the family already in the US.
