    1. Marketing. Once you have determined a product idea and your ideal customer persona, your marketing strategy will get you from 0 to 1

    2. Web development. I run a web agency and custom code all my work. No WordPress of page builders. save a ton on platform fees and I have much more freedom to create bigger designs and more custom interactions and animations as well as being more secure and not needing constant updates. Also gives me an edge over other builder sites because mine load instantly since they don’t have all the bloat that comes with a builder. So learn html and css. Use Angela Yu on udemy and complete the html, css, and JavaScript portion.

Having this skill will give you a unique selling point against a page builder or cheap dev overseas. They can make what I make. It’s a more custom product and performs better and looks better.

I will be clearing about $180k by the end of the year building small business informational sites.

I used to be an Uber driver for 8 years. Till someone on Reddit gifted me a gaming laptop and I used that to learn web development instead. I taught myself in my car inbetween rides and launched my business in 2019. Now I got a design team, other devs who help me out, SEO and ads people, Shopify devs, logo guys, etc. I built an entire agency remotely from a gifted laptop and stuff I learned while doing Uber. Now it’s my life and I love every second of it. It feels nice to be an expert in something and people actually value that expertise. Changed my life. Now I can’t imagine doing anything else.

If you wanna do what I do I actually wrote a step by step guide on how to set up an agency like I did. Right down to how to make sales calls and pitch yourself.
