I tried to get Lemonade car insurance and it is already bad without purchasing any coverage!

• The website would not quote me for car insurance, so I got the app
• I tried making two quotes in the app, but the first quote was magically 50% higher price after I accepted the quote, so I backed out.
• a following day I went back to the app to get a new quote and it was better. However I was unable to complete the quote, and when I go into the app I cannot see any previous quote to continue, only Maya ready to start a new quote. Makes little sense.
• then I went online and looked at the reviews. Pretty all of them are bad. No one has anything good to say.
  -Unhelpful chat bots suck.

I can only imagine how bad the experience will be, especially being gated off by a not with no obvious way of contacting a real person, so I haven't even signed up, but the experience was already not great at all so this isy review without even having gotten insurance from them!
