How can I find out the ACV (Actual Cash value) of my car?

I have a 2005 civic LX with 215,000 miles on it in zip code 83814.

Kelly bluebook is telling me $2200-$4000 private party, Edmunds is telling me $2200-$2900, and JD Power is saying $3100-$3800.

Does anyone know what an insurance company would tell as ACV? I want to know whether its worth filing a comprehensive claim that may or may not total my car, and wouldn't want to do that if there's barely any money left after the deductible.
