Reading through this sub, there’s general advice to go into a market that’s already existing and there’s competition.

i’m looking into a subscription for men products where you pay annually then every quarter you would get: a towel, socks, underwear/boxers/briefs, and a t-shirt

    is this played out?

Is the Subscription business for men overly saturated now?

I think to a degree most concepts (unless it’s cutting edge stuff) are ‘played out’. It’s fierce and fast moving out there today.

Maybe a more useful question to your purpose is, ‘what is your USP?’ (Unique Selling Proposition) aka what would make your products different and have people want them over others.

If you have a solid USP (in combination with other aspects of your business operations) you will be competitive even in a saturated market.

Finally, markets are also localised, even for subs which might seem ‘national/global’, so there could be something there for you to explore.

Have you tried to figure out your USP yet?
