Hi. I’d like to create a food product, it requires flash freezing. I don’t have the capital to invest in the equipment for blanching, flash freezing, my own processing plant etc. Does anyone know of companies that can produce for me? I would supply the raw materials and they can do the processing. I think it would be cost effective this way. I’ve done a lot of google searches, but not finding anything substantial. It’s similar to French fries, but not potatoes.
