Engagement Ring

Hello!
I’m not sure if this is group to ask but I’ll give it a try. We’re recently engaged and I have insurance questions.

We were going to do it under our renter / home policy as an additional endorsement but I don’t want my record to be impacted if I have had to submit a claim with it especially with us getting a house in a year or so.

I was looking into seperate jewelry insurance companies such as BriteCo & Jewlers Mutual. I also looked at State Farm Personal Articles Policy. Has any one had experience with them?
They all had 0 deductible, covered loss, theft, damage, and travel. Up to my ring value/current market appraisal/value.

NJM under renters quoted at 134
Jewelers mutual was 150
State Farm 122
BriteCo 70

At the end of the day I mainly want to make sure it’s protected and getting a good cost for the policy.

I was only skeptical about BriteCo because of the low cost. Hoping to get some info! 🙂
