I was found not at fault in a collision within an intersection by my carrier.

My car was totaled, but my Collision policy is coverig it and I am satisfied with the proposed settlement.

I had minor injuries which are being actively treated and reported under my claim number. The other driver and passengers reported no injuries and refused EMS.

I have Uninsured Motorist coverage as well. The other driver was unlicensed and had no insurance. Among other charges.

Are there any reasons why it would be wise to seek out representation? It seems that this is a straightforward case and that my risk exposure is low.

    1. I’d just let it insurance handle it. Use the coverage you have for np insurance drivers and let them go after the guy most likely they won’t get anything from the guy
