Earlier today I made a payment of 120 to Progressive. My remaining 6 months total was 220 and after this payment it showed $100 left. Then, I got an email now showing that I owe 110. I opened the app and saw that it was still on the screen from earlier where it showed 100. I don't know where the 10 just came from. I'm not late on that payment and it's not due until the 13th. Wtf is going on with progressive?

There is often an extra charge to not pay the entire balance at once, between $4-10 depending on the company.
