Abuse mother REFUSES to remove me off of her private health insurance.

Hi,

My boyfriend told me to post my situation here. Long story short, about 2 months ago. My mom kicked me out for the 3rd time. I decided to leave permanently.

Currently, I’m under CIGNA through her job for like maybe a year now. I’ve been wanting to apply for my own health insurance state wide (MassHealth). However, they told me I can’t because I’m on a private insurance plan.

I’ve contacted her a lot this month practically BEGGING and she refuses to. I tried contacting the private insurance myself, but to no avail, no can do. My mom has to remove me.

Is there anything I can do? (:
