    1. I am like 50 percent down for Integra and bought my last piece a week ago. Hopefully this will be a 10 baggers from here and thus 5 baggers for me ๐Ÿ˜‚.

    2. Hey all! I am in a new office and was having internet issues right before Rickโ€™s interview, so I filmed it from my phone – because when you are in Rickโ€™s schedule (especially the first interview when he gets back), you take it. My apologies for the quality on my side.

    3. When Rick mentions that better numbers from miners are expected – should we expect a sell on good news then? It all feels so complacent – where is the crash (outside CRE)? If printing goes on, the steak in my freezer will become a 10 bagger. Or as Marc Faber it once put: "We will all become trillionaires!" Thanks!

    4. Love Rick's opening remarks. A friend of mine's father – who is still alive and well after 85 – began his intensive dream passion project about age 60: archival research from museums to photos to diaries from the 1800's, to write a near 800 page book – The NWMP on the 10 years of drastic change in Canada from about 1875. Finished it about age 80. No one knows if they're going to make 80. Now that's retirement, and aging and life. Rick seems like he is on his own inspirational road too. It's catchy in a good way.
